New England/Canada Trip (Pt. 1)
I think I'm going to have to break this up into a few posts. Too many pics. If you want to skip ahead, the entire album is available here for viewing.

We arrived in NYC and our first night was spent at a new hotel called Ink48 on 48th and 11th Ave overlooking the Hudson and the Intrepid museum.  Not a bad gig!

Our cabin had a bottle of champagne to welcome us to the ship.

Cabin - one king and a pull-out bed.

The main lobby of the ship.

Complete with string quartet.

Look, we were tired.

Getting ready to disembark from Brooklyn!

Oh no, will we make it under the Verrazano Narrows Bridge? (answer: yes)

Bye bye, pretty and strange city whose skyline still feels awkward and sad to me.

Newport, RI the next day.  I have very few pics from this day, but it's a lovely town.

The first formal night.  I managed to put on some jewelry after this picture, but there is NO EVIDENCE.

...more to come.
