Seattle Chuck-o-rama
Here are pics from Seattle, excluding Twin Peaks stuff, which will be in its own post.

Waiting for the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston.

Duckies!

Chuck and Aunt Rhoda, who was so kind as to make us wonderful meals every night.

David was gifted these small blue flowers by the main gardener of the Kiana Lodge.

Drinking it in.

We ate at an old public house on Bainbridge Island and this was the view.

On the ferry back from Bainbridge Island, a scavenger hovers.

We caught a brief glimpse of Mount Ranier in the distance as the clouds parted for a brief time.

It was bloody cold on that ferry.

We took a quick jaunt through the Public Market.

*shudder*

The market closed, so we had a look at the Seattle Art Museum after that, which was really nice. I saw a piece of Australian Aboriginal art there that took my breath away and I can't find a picture of it anywhere.

Ellie extemporizing for us with the aid of Guitar Hero.

I love this picture so very much. Chuck with his kids.

Liam getting down with video games.

Ellie helped us plant the special flowers from the Kiana Lodge in Chuck's backyard.

The creepy, creepy, creepy Fremont Troll.

I'm afraid of what he might have found up there.

On Sunday we went downtown to the Experience Music Project and the attached Sci-Fi Museum. This isn't a picture of that, but rather the "sports" themed McDonald's nearby. Chain link is such a nice decorative choice for a restaurant.

Saying goodbye was the hardest part. It was all too fast.
