I just wanted to let out a little shout of joy that my current job situation, which some of you might know has been quite...taxing...is ending tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow! I'd like to thank all of you who have had to deal with me on a daily basis during this time. I apologize, and can only say that the light is finally shining at the end of the tunnel.
That light looks a lot like Yosemite, I do believe. SPRIIING BREAAAAK!!
So, David and I sucked it up and went back to our regular dentist on Saturday. He told us we literally have HALF the number of cavities that the quack dentist told us we had. I'm trying to understand in what world it is morally ok to cut into healthy tooth for the sake of money. Horrible!
SCARY. :[ ashley | 03.27.07 - 10:08 am | #
Oh, there are many of those. Having worked in the dental field for several years I can tell you that to be true. Even scarier are dentists who their own employees wouldn't allow to work on them because of lack of skill, cleanliness issues, etc. If you get a good one, stick with him/her. The truly scary thing is that this seems to be some sort of dental scam in Los Angeles. This has happened to me with 2 different dentists here. One of them told me I had EIGHT cavities. I finally found a good one, who told me that I only had one. I've been going to her since. If you want her number ever...let me know. She is the best dentist I've ever had.
