The crazy amazing thing that has been happening is that people have been showing their love and support in massive outpourings. My mom's home is filled with pots of flowers, plants, fruit baskets, cards, and prepared meals. A very amazing Angel has offered me her Southwest Airlines vouchers. That kind of love is overwhelming. Humans are endlessly surprising. Just when you think you can't hold up the world another second, an Atlas-ean strength kicks in and suddenly there are a hundred hands giving you a break. Thank you, everyone, for your love and prayers.
That's just good stuff. We are, all of us, capable of amazing things. William F. House | Homepage | 05.21.03 - 7:06 pm | #
My brother called tonight to say he was diagnosed with appendiceal cancer. He's 47. I found your "diary" while researching. I'm wondering ... I don't know what I'm wondering, I don't know what to think. Don't know what to do for him. Ellen Ellen | 10.28.03 - 5:43 pm
